Meet Nicky
Founder, Hikari Life

Nicky created Hikari Life for you to live a life of light and radiance. She provides a bridge between East and West, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, and modern science, offering One-to-One Yoga Therapy and Holistic Health Programmes designed for those navigating complex health journeys.  She is an Advanced Strala Guide, certified Five Element Style Shiatsu Practitioner and Therapeutic Specialist with over 1000 hours of training, 25 years of practice and 10 years of teaching.  

 

As a specialist in Sleep, Female Health, and Mental Health & Wellness, she is here to support you on your journey to feel happy and healthy.  She is a certified Yoga for Menopause teacher and Yoga Therapist for Cancer.

You can also find her hosting yoga retreats for Adventure Yogi.

She'd love to work with you to guide you to a lighter, brighter place, so that you can enjoy life to the full and meet challenges with ease.

Specialised Yoga Therapy for Healing and Resilience

Yoga therapy is bespoke 1-2-1 yoga session tailored to bring you back to health and harmony.  Whether you need support for a back issue, to sleep better, or to navigate cancer and beyond, yoga therapy sees the whole of you - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually - in order to alleviate symptoms.  It can work well alongside western medicine (scans, blood tests and surgery) while seeing the body as a complex, energetic and integrative being.

 

When life impacts your health—whether through a diagnosis, a hormonal shift, or the weight of persistent fatigue—generic movement isn't always the answer. You need a practice that listens to your body as much as it challenges it.

Your session begins with a focused conversation to understand your specific concerns, relevant medical history, and what you are dealing with right now in your life, as we are often juggling multiple emotional pressures which impact our health and happiness.
